2022 Annual customer satisfaction survey results

We are, again, delighted with the results from our latest customer survey – we have had a fantastic and overwhelmingly positive response!

We pride ourselves on the service we provide, however, we can never become complacent and our annual surveys help us to ensure that we are maintaining the levels that we expect to achieve.

Customers were asked questions about the service they have received from us in the past twelve months, their opinion on our products and how responsive we have been to their enquiries.
