The Company is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Telesales & Export Sales Assistant to join our sales team. This hybrid role involves supporting both telesales activities and the export sales process. You will be responsible for generating and following up on quotations, managing customer communications, and ensuring accurate processing of international sales orders and export documentation.

The Role

  • Permanent, full-time
  • 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday
  • Profit related bonus

Responsibilities

Telesales Duties:

  • Make outbound calls and handle inbound sales enquiries
  • Prepare and issue system quotations accurately and promptly
  • Follow up on outstanding quotations to secure orders
  • Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system
  • Support the sales team in meeting targets through lead generation and customer engagement

Export Sales Administration Duties:

  • Process export sales orders and coordinate shipments
  • Prepare and manage export documentation (e.g., invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin)
  • Liaise with freight forwarders and logistics providers
  • Ensure compliance with international trade regulations
  • Maintain accurate sales records and order tracking
  • Any other duties as required.

 Person specification

  • Minimum of 12 months experience in telesales, customer service, or export sales administration
  • Strong communication, follow-up and interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail and organisational ability
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/ERP systems
  • Knowledge of export documentation and procedures is an advantage
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines
