Meet Alison Cousins: Content Creator, Marketing Department
Alison joined Baldwin Boxall in 1996 as a Receptionist and moved to join our Marketing Department in 2004.

A typical day looks like this…
“My role is varied – everything from website development to corporate clothing options! No two days are the same, which is great as far as I’m concerned. We have just launched our new website, which for the last months has taken up much of my time – but it was really worth it and I learnt a great deal in the process!
By choice, I have recently stepped down from the role as Manager for the Marketing Department, which enables me to focus much more on – as my new title suggests – ‘content’. Items such as datasheets, website content, news stories, etc, will be my domain from this point forward, which is exciting – especially with new products in the pipeline! Watch this space!
I feel very lucky, as I love my job and working here at Baldwin Boxall.”
Hobbies & Interests
I have plenty of these and they mainly involve sewing, knitting and crochet. I am also one of the founders of a group known locally (in Crowborough) as the Sewing Crow-Bees. We are a small group of ladies that make items and sell them for charity – raising over £28,000 since we started in the 2020 Pandemic.
We are also responsible for yarn bombing Crowborough town and making items such as blankets and walking frame bags to give away to those that need them.
