Meet Lewis Dunn, Commissioning Engineer
Lewis joined the Baldwin Boxall team a year ago and is dedicated to ensuring the operational integrity and compliance of our systems.
A typical day looks like this…
“I conduct regular maintenance and commissioning of our EVC and VA/PA systems to ensure operational integrity and compliance with current British safety standards. I also carry out regular testing on battery backups to ensure uninterrupted power to these systems and impedance checks on speaker lines, along with identifying and rectifying any system faults.”
Hobbies & Interests
Outside work, I enjoy boxing, DIY, and learning new things. Visiting and experiencing new cultures is also high on the list. I have enjoyed exploring Egypt, Tunisia, Russia, the West coast of the USA, and many parts of Europe. My other hobbies also include rifle shooting, kayaking, and indoor wall climbing with my son.

I entered and participated in inter-club competitions in boxing.
What was your first job?
Working and supervising in a computer company and testing PCs and laptop servers for the Ministry of Defence.

Game of Thrones box set.
Where would you like to time travel to?
The Ancient Egyptian days.

VIP airport lounge.
What would you do if you were prime minister for the day?
Re-home the homeless.

Don’t rush anything, when the time is right, it’ll happen.
