The sustainability group at Baldwin Boxall plays a key role in our charity selection process by proposing three charities (one national and two local). Our entire staff then votes to choose our annual charity partners. This inclusive approach is part of our Sustainability Vision & Goals, ensuring our charitable efforts resonate with our team and positively impact our community.
