Directorship Appointment: Richard Frost

Staff Announcement: Richard Frost – Finance Director

The Directors are delighted to announce the promotion of Richard Frost as our new Finance Director.

Richard’s Career Snapshot

Richard started his finance career working for RSM Tenon (now RSM UK), a top 10 accountancy practice, within its audit team. He quickly graduated through the ranks to audit senior and was heavily involved with one of their flagship audits in the USA for a number of years. Following completion of his ACA qualification, Richard relocated to East Sussex to be closer to family and eventually made the move into industry, joining TFC Europe, an industrial fastener distributor in Heathfield. Richard worked as their Financial Controller for a period of five years, working closely with its Finance Director as the company continued its expansion across the UK and Europe. Richard joined Baldwin Boxall in 2020 as part of the company’s succession strategy for the outgoing Finance Director, Neil Williams.

“…my expectations have been surpassed.”

On his promotion to Director, Richard commented that:

“It was a very easy decision to join Baldwin Boxall. As well as the opportunity presented, the direction of the company, along with its core values, made the business an extremely attractive proposition. In truth my expectations have been surpassed in my three years to date! The values run deep and inform decision making at every level and it is incredibly rewarding to work for a business that provides such a pivotal product and service offering, knowing that this work is directly contributing towards the safety of people across the globe.

I thank the Directors for the trust and support that they have shown in me and am delighted to have received the directorship and to be a part of this fantastic company as we continue to collectively work towards our short and long term objectives.
