Tell us about your role at Baldwin Boxall…

“As Customer Relations and Export Sales Administrator, I work closely with our export customers, providing quotations and helping with any enquiries they may have. No two days are the same and I enjoy supporting our customers around the world and ensuring they receive the assistance they need.”

How long have you worked for Baldwin Boxall?
I joined Baldwin Boxall on 17th June 2024.

Do you have any hobbies outside of work?
When I’m not at work, you’ll usually find me DJing, playing pool, training Muay Thai or playing basketball.

What was your first job?
My first job was working as an Insurance Broker, which helped me develop strong customer service and communication skills.

What one thing would you change about the industry you work in?
I’d make exporting goods abroad a lot easier.

If you weren’t doing what you’re doing now, what would you be doing?
I’d probably be an astronaut!

Film or box set – what are you watching now?
I’m not much of a TV watcher, but my all-time favourite film is Happy Gilmore.

What can’t you live without?
Coffee!

What building would you like to be locked in overnight?
Not so much a building as a place… Area 51. I’d finally get to see what really goes on there.

What would you do if you were Prime Minister for the day?
I’d get rid of the Dartford Crossing charges.

What is the best piece of advice you’ve been given?
“Focus on what you can control and let go of what you can’t”

What is the best advice you would give?
“Don’t eat yellow snow!”
